About OrderBot

OrderBot was built to solve a problem we kept seeing across Pakistani small and medium businesses: companies were taking hundreds of orders a day through WhatsApp, but managing them was chaotic — scrolling chat histories, missing orders, losing track of who owed money.

What we do

Our platform connects to a merchant's existing WhatsApp Business number, uses AI to read incoming customer messages, automatically logs orders, tracks inventory, manages customer credit (udhaar), and provides a clean dashboard for the merchant to run their business.

Why Pakistan

OrderBot is built specifically for the way Pakistani businesses already work — accepting orders in mixed Urdu/Roman Urdu/English, handling cash on delivery and JazzCash/EasyPaisa payments, tracking the udhaar ledger that is central to how local commerce operates, and respecting that merchants don't want to switch apps or change their customers' habits.

Make WhatsApp-based commerce as manageable as a modern point-of-sale system, without changing how merchants or customers behave. Bring AI infrastructure to the businesses that need it most, in the language they actually speak.

How we build

We are a small, focused team obsessed with reliability and clarity. Our infrastructure is built on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), Anthropic's Claude AI for natural language understanding, and modern cloud services for storage and computation. No part of the stack is held together with tape.
